There is always some confusion and uncertainty with what is best to submit and how it should be provided. So here is a guide:

1) Remove any compression, Limiting, Saturation or Clipping plugins from your master bus
2) If you have EQ, Stereo widening or effects that you think are essential to your vision leave them on, if not turn them off.
3) If your signal is going over 0db now on the master bus put a utility plugin to turn the input of the master bus down enough so that it peaks below 0db (aim for -1db peak). The whole idea is that you do not add any clipping or effect the dynamic range of the track on the master (this should be done in your mix)
4) Save a 24 bit wav file
5) Name the file like this :: Artist Name - Track Name - BPM - Email
6) If you want to send your master (reference master) please zip it into a file with your premaster and upload them both to the upload form on your confirmation email. Your reference master can include all master bus processing.
